Renovasjons- og gjenvinningsetaten (the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling) needs to procure transport of plastic packaging from sorting plants at Klemetsrud (KUA) and Haraldrud (HUA), as well as balling of the plastic and preparation for collection by downstream processors. The service is an important step in ensuring that the plastic packaging from Oslo's households are recycled. The contract duration is 2 years with an option for 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms.
