Procurement of a Quality System

Vestby municipality shall procure a new quality system by 31 December 2021 as the current supplier has terminated the agreement with all its clients. The municipality intends to enter into a contract with Compilo AS. The background for the Voluntary ex ante transparency notice is to give other suppliers knowledge of the contract, this with regard to the main principles of the procurement regulations. The contract value is roughly calculated. A surcharge has been made compared with the current expense to take into account other license costs and possibly more modules. The municipality has a joint ICT office with two other municipalities and has established a professional multidisciplinary collaboration. Coordination is a success factor for whether the considerations behind and the benefits of the collaboration achieve the desired effect, i.e. increased quality. This is clearly given the most weight in the procurement process. The other two municipalities have the Compilo system.
