Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for Supply & Delivery of Heritage Style Street Lighting Columns and Brackets in Six Lots

Dublin City Council is seeking tenders for the supply & delivery of Heritage Style Street Lighting Columns and Brackets in Six Lots to the Dublin City Council Public Lighting stores. It is the intention of Dublin City Council to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with six lots for a period of 4 years. Tenderers may apply for admission to the multi-supplier framework under one or more lots. Lot 1 is for Ballantine Columns and Brackets. Lot 2 is for Cuffe Street Columns. Lot 3 is for Hammond Lane Replica Columns and Brackets (Large Columns and Brackets). Lot 4 is for Hammond Lane Replica Columns (Small Columns). Lot 5 is for Cuffe Street Column (Rathmines Pattern) Swan Neck Brackets. Lot 6 is for Single Shamrock Swan Neck Brackets for use with Hammond Lane Replica Columns (Small Columns). Following the conclusion of this competitive process, it is envisaged that for each lot, seven (7) successful tenderers (providing there are at least seven (7) suitably qualified), will be admitted to the framework as framework members for that lot. In each lot, admission to the framework as a framework member will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the award criteria as set out in the tender documents. The Framework is being established under the Open Procedure in accordance with the EU Public Sector Directive 2014/24/EU. Under the open procedure, any interested party may submit a tender. All tenderers are reminded to read the tender document carefully and respond in accordance with its specification and all other requirements by the tender deadline.
