Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of diversity and inclusion strategic insight services to Enterprise Ireland’s Organisational Development department. Fundamental to our D&I strategy is the establishment of an ‘as is’ baseline for the organisation across a broad range of D&I dimensions. This will inform the definition of priorities and targeted actions which form the next steps in Enterprise Irelands’s D&I strategy implementation. Enterprise Ireland now seeks the services of an external service provider to support with baselining and insights gathering, data analysis, benchmarking, reporting, advisory on next steps, and ongoing progress tracking.
