Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) is seeking providers to supply & deliver Recreational, Occupational, Social and Educational Day Opportunities for Adults in Hull. The Authority has established a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will be administered through the YORtender (Mercell) portal for the provision of Day Opportunity services with suitably experienced and qualified operators. The Authority is conducting the procurement using the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015), to establish a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
