Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Virtual School Attendance Collection. <br /> <br />This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. <br /> <br />The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 12 noon on 6th July 2018. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted <br /> <br />The deadline for clarification questions is 18th June 2018 which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website <br /> <br />The Virtual School wants to achieve a robust monitoring system of Children in Care’s attendance. <br />This will fulfil the statutory duties and reporting requirements placed upon the local authority in the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Children’s and Social Worker Act 2017 related to improving educational outcomes of Children in Care. <br />The service provider will provide: <br />• a secure daily collection of every Child in Care looked after to Suffolk’s attendance data <br />• a secure termly collection of every Child in Care’s Personal Education Plan and attainment data <br />• a reporting toolkit which provides a suite of reports related to attendance and attainment <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
