Provision of Residential Services Including Respite and Short Break Services for Disabled Children and Young People <br /> <br />Lot 3 - Overnight Short Break Service, with Holiday Club and Overnight Assessment - resource and day breaks for CYP in West Suffolk with high level needs (LD and/or Autism and complex health conditions) who require regular planned breaks <br /> <br />Lot 4 - Overnight Short Break Service - resource for CYP in Waveney with high level needs (LD and/or Autism and complex health conditions) who require regular planned breaks <br /> <br />Note - Lots 1 & 2 are not included in this tender. <br /> <br />This opportunity is available in the "Current Tenders" area of portal.
