Tenders are sought for the supply, delivery and installation and commissioning of a Fibre Optic Concentration Monitoring System for Dissolution Testing must fulfil the minimum specifications listed below. This system will be used for the real-time, in-situ quantification of drug concentrations during experiments (e.g., solubility and dissolution studies), enhancing the comprehension of formulation characteristics such as supersaturation, precipitation, and stability. The requirement of this equipment is to characterise a wide variety of formulations, including lipid-based formulations, amorphous solid dispersions, and mesoporous silica.
