North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) (the Relevant Authority) have undertaken a competition to commission All Age Continuing Care Complex Case Management Service (AACC/CCMS) under NHS Standard Contract 26/27 Lot 1: NENC ICB (the Relevant Authority) have undertaken a competition to commission All Age Continuing Care Complex Case Management Service (AACC/CCMS) under NHS Standard Contract 26/27 across North East and Cumbria Individuals with Continuing Care eligibility frequently need case management support that relates to the complexity of their needs and the complex community pathways that ensure their needs are met. A case management service will be commissioned to provide trusted assessment, transition planning, placement identification and community case management review consistent with their needs. INTENTION TO AWARD NOTICE North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB) (the Relevant Authority) intend to award a contract following a PSR2023 compliant competitive process to commission a All Age Continuing Care Complex Case Management Service (AACC/CCMS) under the NHS Standard Contract 2026/27. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The contract term is for an one year commencing on 01 November 2026.
