DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL CONTRACT FOR COMMERCIAL ICE CREAM CONCESSION IN 8 LOTS

Description

Dublin City Council proposes to award Tender contracts (here after called concession(s)) for the sale of ice cream and refreshments at the 8 locations named below. These will be awarded in 8 lots (one for each location) for a period of one year. Dublin City Council, at its’ sole discretion, has the option to extend the concession at any of the locations for a further three periods of one year each (total four years). The concession awarded will be for the operation of a van or other mobile unit, which must be removed from the location at the end of each trading day. The specific trading area at any location will be set, and may be changed (temporarily or otherwise), at the discretion of Dublin City Council. Please note that this project is subject to funding.
