The Scope of Work is to establish a Framework for the Provision of Facilities Management, and Associated Integrated Workplace Services including Projects and Minor Works to Gas Networks Ireland, Northern Ireland (NI) and Scotland. The Scope of the Contract encompasses operations across key strategic sites across ROI, Northern Ireland and Scotland. This includes but it is not limited to main offices Networks Services Centre (NSC) Dublin and Gasworks Road (GWR) Cork, Control/SCADA properties, Stores/Depots, Regional offices (which do not have a full­time presence but include NI and Scotland) and ancillary buildings related to gas installations Lot 1: The Scope of Work is to establish a Framework for the Provision of Facilities Management, and Associated Integrated Workplace Services including Projects and Minor Works to Gas Networks Ireland, Northern Ireland (NI) and Scotland.
