Award of contract - Framework agreement for engineering design and consultancy services, dams and river systems

Description

Trondheim Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for contracts in the project ‘Framework Agreement for Engineering Design and Consultancy Services Dams and River Systems'. The contracting authority requests tenders from consultants with the professional, technical and financial basis required for the contract. Furthermore, experience from assignments with relevance to the subject areas mentioned in the tender documents is required. The contest will be held via the contracting authority's tender management tool, Mercell. All communication and tender submission must take place via Mercell. Lot 1: Consultancy and engineering design services are required for dams and river systems in Trondheim Municipality. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers. The framework agreement will be signed for 2 years with option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 2+2 + 2 years on the same terms. The contracting authority can also extend the contract for a period that is shorter than 2 years. For a detailed assignment description / requirements specification, please refer to Part II of the tender documentation. The total estimated value of the framework agreement is given under each lot. This is because at this point in time it is not possible to estimate how large the share that each framework agreement supplier will get.
