Description
This Pre-Market Engagement notice issued by Tai Tarian to encourage suitably experienced contractors to register their interest in an anticipated contract for the Menai Avenue development. The proposed scheme is spread across three parcels of land and is currently anticipated to comprise 29 units as follows: • Parcel 1 - 4 walk-up flats • Parcel 2 - 1 supported living building comprising 9 units • Parcel 3 - 10 walk-up flats, 2 houses and 4 bungalows The works will also include associated drainage, infrastructure, highways, external works and landscaping. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to carry out the works.
