Description
The RSA is seeking tenders from interested parties with the aim to establish a multi party framework for the provision of road safety related observational studies as further described in the RFT documents attached to this notice. The RSA intends to select the top three scoring Tenderers for admission to the framework. The framework will be established for a period of 4 years with call-off contracts being awarded via a mini competition mechanism. The RSA intends to hold an online Tenderers' Briefing on Thursday 13 June April 2024 during which the RFT documentation and Tender submission requirements will be explained in order to aid Tenderers in the preparation of their Tenders - see section 4.6 of the RFT document for more information.
