Framework Agreement - Construction Design Professional Services (CDP) Professional Services for the Pyrite Remediation Scheme

Description

The Housing Agency intends to establish a Framework of suitable qualified Construction Design Professionals to survey, test, design, inspect and certify the remediation of dwellings in accordance with I.S. 398. As set out in the I.S. remediation design services can be undertaken by suitably competent Chartered Engineers, Architect or Building Surveyors (these titles are defined in the I.S.). Collectively these are referred to as Design Professionals in the I.S. and they are referred to as Construction Design Professional (CDP) in these tender documents. Please return the following documents as part of your tender submission: 1. Form of Tender and Schedule. 2. Pricing Schedule. 3. SAQ documentation. 4. Quality section of the Instructions to Tenderers.
