SOS Kilkenny Housing Association clg are pleased to invite you to submit a tender for; PROVISION OF DESIGN SEVICES OF AN ARCHITECT LED DESIGN TEAM for STAGES (ii)b – (v) CWMF for the change of use of the single dwelling at The Roundhouse, Kells, Co Kilkenny to 4 semi-independent residential units for people with intellectual disabilities at The Roundhouse, Kells Co Kilkenny. Tenders must be returned in the format prescribed in the Instructions to Tenderers to be deemed a valid tender. Tenders must be submitted through the E-Tenders Platform only. All Queries must be submitted through the E-tenders RFT Message Portal. All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than queries date specified in the E-tenders RFT.
