Clearance and redesign

Description

A former commercial nursery of about .89 acres needs to be cleared of weed membrane, brambles, and other substantial overgrowth. Level and seed. Certain trees and vegetation will be retained and incorporated into a community area that will form about half of the site - but we need to be guided on what is worth keeping and what isnt. The other half will be turned into new accessible allotment plots. The site borders a chalk stream so opening the community area up down to the stream to create a lovely new setting for this area (no bank work clearance is required - this will be done by our own grounds team once EA consents are secured). Level the whole site, seed and generally creating a beautiful natural area for the community to enjoy. Access for large machinery is available. Burning is allowed on site and chippings can be disposed of nearby
