Places for People wishes to appoint a contract for Non-Domestic Gas Servicing & Responsive Maintenance for a three (3) year initial term, with an option to extend for a further two 12 month periods (3+1+1) Lot 1: Edinburgh & South West Scotland The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 2: North East The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment II.2.5) Lot 3: Yorkshire and Humberside The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 4: North West The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 5: North Midlands The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 6: South Midlands & East Anglia The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 7: South West The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment Lot 8: South Coast & London The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment
