The procurement concerns a framework agreement for annual assistance with the development, design and production of e-learning modules on equality, diversity and human rights. For the period 2024-2026, the scope depends on annual grants from the Storting. The e-learning courses must be high quality courses, i.e., inspiring and user-friendly. It must be interactive and include relevant assignments, good examples, dilemmas, and reflection tasks. The e-learning courses must use illustrations and multimedia instruments that stimulate knowledge, skills and attitudes on equality, diversity, human rights and equivalent services. The estimated contract value over 4 years is approx. NOK 5 million. The upper limit for withdrawals under the framework agreement is NOK 8 million.
