Description

Provision of planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, testing, inspection, and associated remedial works to mechanical, electrical, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire safety, and related building services installations within residential and retirement housing properties. Lot 1: Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services, including ventilation, air-conditioning, fire safety systems, electrical installations, pumps, emergency lighting and associated equipment within ng homes assets. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
