Provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance Services at Estyn’s Offices - Anchor Court, Cardiff

The purpose of this exercise is to contract with a supplier who can provide a range of PPM services for the demised area within Anchor Court occupied by Estyn. - The successful Contractor will be required to: - • provide a reliable and high-quality facilities management service that meets the needs of Estyn. • ensure that the property is maintained to maximise the use of available resources. • react to issues in line with agreed performances indicators. • always ensure confidentiality and security of work. • address fully and promptly any queries or quality issues which may arise. • adhere to health and safety and environmental legislation in carrying out their work. - Please see Estyn's Tender Specification document, attached in the Additional Documentation section for further details.
