DA from the ESPO 509_23 FW for the Pay and Display Parking Solutions

Description

This contract covers the provision, maintenance, and management of physical pay-and-display parking machines that accept card and cash payments. It also includes the supply of integrated back-office software to support operational oversight, financial reporting, and performance monitoring. We have been operating with Metric, who provide our machines and back office solutions without contract in recent years. This contract formalises our existing arrangements for pay-and-display parking infrastructure and enables the procurement of new machines to replace aging stock. It supports an asset management approach aligned with our commitment, outlined in recent Cabinet reports, to maintain and modernise our parking estate. The contract has been awarded via Direct Award via the ESPO 509 FW, Lot 1.
