Software Enhancements for Engineering & Operations (SOROS)

Description

Provision of software enhancement, hosting and support services for the SOROS (Safety, Operations, Reliability and Operational Systems) platform. The contract covers the implementation and support of additional SOROS modules and functionality to improve fleet maintenance, engineering and operational management activities. Enhancements include depot mapping, digital train preparation, incident management, engineering change control, fleet modification tracking and train software configuration management. The services will support the digital transformation of fleet and depot operations, improve data visibility, enhance operational efficiency and provide a centralised platform for the management of engineering and operational processes. ## Contract award Title: Software Enhancements for Engineering & Operations (SOROS)
