Pilot-scale Decanter Centrifuge and a Disc Stack Centrifuge

Description

This competition relates to the procurement of a x1 pilot-scale decanter centrifuge and x1 disc-stack centrifuge designed to remove bulk solids from slurry and to separate fine particles and oil from the liquid phase, enabling high clarification performance for bioprocessing applications in the agri-food sector. The systems should enable efficient, continuous separation of biomass solids, fine particles, and oil from liquid streams The systems shall handle feed streams (100–1000 L/h) with varying fat/oil contents, viscosities, densities, and suspended solids of different particle sizes. They must effectively perform bulk solids removal, fine clarification, and liquid–liquid–solid separation where required. The equipment shall ensure stable operation, minimal fouling, and consistent separation of performance under variable process conditions. A well-designed and clearly defined collection system for the separated fractions must be provided. An integrated skid-mounted system shall also be supplied with the systems.
