ITT Cwmpas Hardware 2023

Description

We require an equipment refresh for a number of Cwmpas staff. In line with our procurement policy to refresh equipment, where possible, at 3 year intervals. As a result we are seeking experienced and innovative ICT hardware companies, to be placed on an ICT Hardware Supply Framework Agreement, to provide us with specified ICT equipment on a call-off basis. The first call off will be for circa 47 new pieces of equipment. The principal outputs of the ICT hardware supply framework will be to provide, as specified, approximately 38 Surface Pros and 9 laptops and a number of peripheral items to cover the refresh program of Cwmpas. There is no guarantee that we will require all the specified equipment and the numbers are an estimate of our requirements. You will then be placed on a framework for any additional equipment required on an ad hoc basis. Quantities and requirements will be specified at the time of requesting quotations in a mini competition scenario.
