Contract for operation and maintenance services for the HR system in Oslo Municipality

Description

A decision has been made to continue with the current HR system in Oslo Municipality, and that the operational and maintenance contracts are to be replaced by a new contract when the current contracts expire. Oslo Municipality, c/o the Agency for Development and Competence, has entered into a new contract with Tietoevry Norway AS for the operation and maintenance of the current HR system. Lot 1: The HR system in Oslo Municipality is made up of applications from five suppliers (Unit4, Talentech, TietoEVRY, Corporater and Dossier), and is built up for optimum support of the municipality's HR processes. Each application has clear dedicated functional areas of responsibility. ERP Unit4 7.8 makes up the core of the HR system, and is the master system for the central data registers such as employees, positions, recruitment, access roles, organisation structure, etc. The internal integration component in the HR system sees to data flow between the applications, so that the HR system appears as a uniform system for users. The HR system communicates via the same integration component with external applications via Oslo Municipality's service layer MARVIN. The procurement/service delivery comprises: - Licences for all software/all suppliers included in the system - Application operation/monitoring - Technical application management - System maintenance - Support/user support - SPOC - Consultancy and application development - Integrations, interface, etc.
