Description

A framework agreement will be entered into for the delivery of services and goods for the contracting authority's solution for traffic measurements and fault finding. The framework agreement must cover the contracting authority's need for management and expansion of the existing solution for traffic measurements and fault finding. Furthermore, a continuous maintenance agreement will be entered into that will include maintenance services related to the content of the existing traffic measurement and fault finding as well as the expansions that arise due to call-offs during the framework agreement. The term ‘Traffic measurements and fault finding’ must be understood as machinery and software that naturally falls within the following two categories: Category 1: Passive network measurement, Category 2: Active network measurement.
