Statsbygg requests tenders for the following assignments: Project 1148703 - NTNU Campus Co-location - Function: Project manager for the P0 Infrastructure and outdoor landscape project The work place is in Trondheim, but travel to Oslo must be expected. Statsbygg reserves the right to award additional consultants to this assignment. Lot 1: Project manager for the subproject P0 Infrastructure and outdoor development project The assignment includes the function as the builder's project manager for the infrastructure and outdoor project, which is planned as an execution contract. The project period is from 2024 to 2029, of which the period 2025/2026 has the greatest scope/influx. The person proposed must have excellent manegerial skills, great commitment and ability to execute. It is important that the proposed person is well acquainted with the role of builder's project manager and has experience from similarly complex projects. The role involves coordination and close cooperation with NTNU Eiendom/drift that shall operate the building and the surrounding facility after the handover.
