Manchester Metropolitan University (‘the University") has an information systems strategic investment roadmap, which defines a number of large transformation projects and programmes, along with smaller BAU development changes and upgrades. With this increased focus on the strategic delivery of software throughout the University, a need was identified to increase the University’s testing capabilities. The work issued through the testing DPS will vary based on the requirements of the specific project or change and the definition of these requirements will be detailed as part of the ITT at mini-competition stage. The University is also looking for suppliers to provide testing services such as performance testing. The creation and execution of function test plans against university systems. The provision of performance testing services against university systems. The provision of consultation and development services for test automations frameworks against university systems. Ongoing managed testing service provided to the university. Specific defined coverage for the delivery of testing services for projects and BAU releases including defined functional, non-functional and automation requirements. Provision of testing services for a specific project against defined requirements. Provide consultation on strategic testing approach for planned activities to be undertaken by the university.
