RPA is seeking external security advisors with significant transport smart card ticketing experience to undertake a security review of the Integrated Ticketing Scheme prior to the launch of each release.The Output of the review will be the identification of any risk areas, report / recommendations / actions for RPA, NTA, or scheme participants and certification / confirmation that the Integrated Ticketing Scheme adheres to internationally recognises standards.There will be two releases of the Integrated Ticketing Scheme and these outputs will be required for each release. Interested candidates shall complete the Electronic Prequalification Questionnaire (ePQQ) online. It is envisaged that between 3 and 5 candidates will be invited to tender, subject to having sufficient suitable candidates.
