Audio Visual Equipment

Description

RPA has a requirement for audio and visual (AV) equipment. Following a procurement process, RPA have appointed a Main Contractor to refurbish the office premises at Blocks A & B, Parkgate Business Centre, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8. The works are required for the merger of the RPA and the National Roads Authority. The works include (but are not limited to) demolitions, general building work associated with office fit-out works including construction, canteen fit out, finishes to include stone flooring, plastering, wall cladding, specialist office partitions, acoustic ceilings, specialist joinery, provision of new office furniture, alterations to existing office furniture and reception desk. Offices area are circa 4,500 sq. metres and include 15 meeting rooms. The successful Tenderer shall be responsible for the procurement, installation, fit- out, commissioning, testing, handover and maintenance of the AV equipment in the rooms that are created as part of the main fit-out project.
