Undervisningsbygg [the Municipal Undertaking for Education Buildings and Property] shall enter into a Framework Agreement for annual safety inspections, service and maintenance of installations that are covered by the machinery regulation. Undervisningsbygg [the Municipal Undertaking for Education Buildings and Property] has approx. 30 sports halls, 180 gymnasiums and auditoriums and common rooms at approx. 175 schools, with various equipment needing annual inspection and certification. The equipment shall be mapped at the first visit. The need for annual safety and condition evaluation and service and maintenance of lifting and lowering installations is related to the Municipal Undertaking for Education Buildings and Property’s management and operation of properties. The objective of the Framework Agreement is to ensure that the equipment is in regulatory condition, eliminate the risk of accidents and ensure safety of the users. A Framework Agreement shall be signed with 1 tenderer.
