In accordance with Invitation to Tender, uploaded as a separate attachment. Lot 1: The purpose of the commission is to develop a Delivery Plan to guide the co-ordination of major energy investment on the Isle of Lewis, to maximise benefits for the island economy and local communities, and enable efficient implementation of the investment priorities (the “Delivery Plan”). The Delivery Plan will guide the activities and priorities of a Major Energy Programme, supported by strategic and technical governance structures.
