The provision of technical advice and support services to the Contracting Authority during the design, procurement, construction, handover and dispute resolution stages of the N25 New Ross Bypass Public Private Partnership Scheme. The N25 New Ross Bypass Scheme involves the construction of approximately 14.8km of National Route comprised of approximately 13.6km of Dual Carriageway and approximately 1.2km of Single Carriageway and associated works. The services to be provided include Technical (Tender) Documentation Preparation, Procurement and Tender Management, Undertaking Technical Reviews, Contract Monitoring and Administration Services, Handover and Dispute Resolution during the design and construction stages of the PPP Contract.
