CP2848-26 Pre-Paid Cards

Description

Devon County Council (DCC) requires a pre-paid card contract to enable Direct Payments to be paid into individual client accounts set up by the contractor. As well as the provision of client accounts, this contract will also enable client access to an online portal to view their accounts and make online payments. A separate portal is required for relevant DCC staff to view client accounts to amend details such as the amount of a Direct Payment, or a change of personal details and to view management information. This is a direct award call-off from Lot 1 of NEPO framework NEPO505 Payment Card Services.
