This tender seeks a Supplier to deliver DDP PACE training and ongoing therapeutic support to children’s residential care teams across Welsh Local Authorities. Its purpose is to embed a consistent therapeutic approach that improves outcomes for young people, strengthens team capability and culture, and supports staff wellbeing and retention. This will be achieved through in-person training, followed by structured consultation support and evaluation, with an emphasis on sustaining long-term practice improvements.
