This contract will principally provide support and maintenance services for our existing finance systems (Infor Sun Accounts, DCS P2P, Spindle Document Delivery) Berwickshire Housing is seeking a collaborative, experienced finance systems partner and support provider to work with us for the period of the contract. The Bidder must confirm that it holds the required partnership certification to enable it to serialise and support the systems listed below: 1. Infor Sun Accounts comprising: Foundation Module Accounting Module Sales Invoice Module Vision Q&A 11 Sun 8-User Vision Q&A 11 Datalink 6-User Vision Alert Server Licence Ss Connect Server Licence Depm Professional Depm Importmaster Depm Budget Licence 5 User Datalink Engine 2. Managed Service Provision and Licence for Professional Advantage (PA) comprising: Advanced Enquiry 5 User MTD Module (Support of Professional Advantage’s MTD module is optional for the purposes of this contract. Bidders will not be excluded if they cannot support it) 3. Managed Service Provision and Licence for DCS P2P comprising: Epurchasing Core 4-User Epurchasing Extended 29-User 4. Managed Service Provision and Licence for Spindle Document Delivery 3 User Key Responsibilities 1. To adopt the current systems and ensure serialisations are transferred for the period of the contract. 2. On-going support to the users of the finance systems, including troubleshooting of any systems issues. 3. On-going maintenance of the finance systems and background set up to ensure the integrity of the systems are maintained and are up to date. 4. Provide workshop and training sessions and one to one support for staff. 5. To liaise with BHA’s infrastructure support contractor to ensure the right level of access to our systems is achieved to provide the support function to end users. 6. To work in line with BHA’s independent cyber security advisers to ensure any future solutions meet the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. 7. To provide constructive challenge to staff and encourage innovative thinking and solutions. 8. To manage and coordinate any upgrade or implementation projects.
