PSA Plantroom RFQ

Description

A critical part of the Mechanical and Electrical Infrastructure of the Princess Elizabeth Hospital (PEH) is the provision of medical grade oxygen throughout the building to support patient care, and the current PSAs are now at the end of their serviceable life and need replacing. As part of this project to replace the PSA plant, the orientation of the plant is also to be altered. This will enable the openings to access the plant room to be relocated to the east side of the building, allowing further design options to be made available for future expansion of the Mortuary. This document aims to set out the requirements of the work required by the construction contractor and any inclusions which should be allowed for.
