Two Saints - Responsive Repairs, Void Repairs and Planned Maintenance

Description

Two Saints is a provider of housing, support, education, training and employment services to homeless and vulnerable people across Hampshire and parts of Berkshire and West Sussex. This contract opportunity involves the provision of responsive repairs, void works and some planned maintenance (cyclical electrical testing and refurbishment, kitchen and bathroom modernisation, door and window replacement and roofing works) across the 500 or so units owned and/or managed by Two Saints. The contract will run for an initial 5 years with the option to extend by two periods of 2 years, and one period of 1 year making a maximum term of 10 years. The annual estimated value of the contract is between £350,000 and £450,000.
