Donegal County Council invites expressions of interest from qualified suppliers to partner in delivering Road Safety Show - Awareness Events aimed at post primary students throughout County Donegal. We are seeking suppliers with proven expertise in orchestrating road safety events that effectively communicate key messages through impactful video clips, live presentations, real-life accounts and collaboration with stakeholders to emphasise the consequences of unsafe driving and the importance of making safe choices on the road. Submissions should include: Event Design, Production and Delivery Experience: Demonstrated expertise in conceptualising, designing, producing and executing successful events. Pre-Production Support: Detailed information on the skill sets and personnel available to support planning and pre-production activities. Technical and Logistical Expertise: Comprehensive details regarding technical and logistical capabilities relevant to the successful delivery of events. High Quality Video Footage: Evidence of pre-recorded, up to date, high quality video that effectively depicts critical moments of a road traffic collision and the associated emergency response. Availability and Commitment: Confirmation of availability for coordination and planning through to event delivery scheduled for October 2025. This engagement is for 2025 and does not constitute a multi-year partnership.
