Turnkey project management services for a number of major flagship events

SEAI intends to issue a request for tender (RFT) to appoint one service provider for the provision of turnkey project management services for a number of major flagship events. The estimated contract value is €1,000,000 excl. VAT per annum. The contract term will be for one year with an option to extend for up to three additional years. Venues for SEAI events will be procured separately when required. The SEAI Energy Show 2022 will be taking place in the RDS, Dublin on 30-31 March, 2022. A substantial proportion of this RFT relates to the SEAI Energy Show annual business-to-business exhibition. The successful service provider will be responsible for managing all aspects of the exhibition, including exhibitors recruitment / sales, major sub-contractor selection and management, advance and on-site visitor registration, event marketing, event logistics, and venue and caterer liaison. The successful service provider will also collaborate with SEAI on the management of the accompanying content programme of workshops and briefing sessions. Depending on particular programme needs, the services may also include management of other live and / or virtual national conferences such as the SEAI Public Sector Conference and the National Energy Research Conference, among others.
