Homes England is acting as master developer for Northstowe Phases 2 and 3 and is responsible for delivering 8500 new homes. Outline planning permission was granted in January 2017 (Ref: S/2011/14/OL) and was conditional on the preparation and approval of a framework travel plan\r \r The framework travel plan requires the appointment of a framework travel plan coordinator (TPC) 3 months prior to any occupation to implement a 34 point action plan.\r \r To provide a Travel Plan Coordination Service for Northstowe Phase 2 for a 5 year period
