Construction of a new secondary school in Hardbakke - turnkey contract with a solution proposal

The contracting authority's aim with the procurement is to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor for engineering design services, demolition of an old school, and the new construction of a complete turnkey secondary school, including developed outside areas. The school will have a capacity of 50 pupils (8th - 10th years) and 23 employees. It is up to the tenderers/contractors to design the school (a solution proposal) in accordance with the conditions in the function description. The procurement of the new secondary school will be made as a turnkey contract with a solution proposal from contractors.
