Trondheim kommune [Trondheim municipality], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a contract in the project Cicignons plass - Skipakrok. The municipality wants tenders from suppliers with the professional, technical and economic basis necessary in order to fulfil the contract. Furthermore, experience is required from equivalent works for the execution of contract work in accordance with this tender documentation. The contest will be held via the municipality's tender management tool, Mercell. All communication and tender submission must take place via Mercell. The urban space Cicignons plass and Skipakrok will be rehabilitated. The area is 2.800 m2. Based on the idea project Urkraft, a detailed preliminary project will be prepared. The preliminary project will: — clarify design and material use; — clarify requirements and obtain the necessary permits from affected authorities such as treatment plants, the environmental agency (contaminated ground), building applications ,etc.; — anchor the plan amongst stakeholders. Participate in user participation process. Presentations for stakeholders; — create a basis for detailed engineering design; — prepare cost estimates; — prepare SHA and environmental plan. In a completed preliminary project, all necessary clarifications must be implemented. alternatives must be clarified, test excavation for treatment plants and contaminated ground must be carried out. Urban space strategy for Trondheim and the idea project Urkraft is the politically approved basis for the preliminary project. Option: Preparation of completed detailed project including tender basis and control calculation, working drawings, building application, SHA and environmental plan as well as follow-up in the construction time with drawing revisions, participation in construction meetings and final documentation.
