Scottish Enterprise (SE), seeks to procure a supplier(s) to deliver the refreshed 2026–2029 Scottish Rural Leadership Programme (SRLP), split into two lots. It is anticipated that the contract for Lot 1 and Lot 2 will commence on the 29th of June 2026, with a completion date of 31st March 2029. Lot 1: Scottish Rural Leadership Programme – Core Delivery Programme Lot 1 - Scottish Enterprise (SE) is seeking to procure a supplier to design and deliver an annual six month Scottish Rural Leadership Programme that strengthens leadership confidence, decision making, innovation capability and business resilience across rural Scotland. Lot 2: Scottish Rural Leaders Network Lot 2 - Scottish Enterprise is seeking to procure a supplier to manage, grow and actively facilitate the Scottish Rural Leaders Network, a pan Scotland community of graduates of the Scottish Rural Leadership Programme (SRLP).
