Independent Best Value Review of Enjoy East Ren

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to undertake an independent Best Value Review of Enjoy East Ren. The review will evaluate the extent to which Enjoy East Ren delivers best value in line with the definition and themes set out by Audit Scotland and will provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for ongoing improvement. Lot 1: East Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to undertake an independent Best Value Review of Enjoy East Ren. The review will evaluate the extent to which Enjoy East Ren delivers best value in line with the definition and themes set out by Audit Scotland and will provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for ongoing improvement. The review should build on previous work, including the 2018 Solace in Business review and the 2020 Best Value review, and should consider the current delivery model, future service requirements, opportunities for improvement and the ongoing relationship between the Council and the Trust. The Council requires the review to be independent, proportionate, practical and capable of supporting future decision-making in relation to leisure, culture, facilities, governance, financial sustainability and community outcomes.
