Description

A procurement process is currently underway that will result in East Dunbartonshire Council (EDC) appointing a Contractor under the NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC) (Main Option A) with Z clauses (the “Main Contract”) to Provide the Works in relation to the Bishopbriggs Town Centre Civic Space Construction Improvement Project Construction (the “Project”). EDC, as the Client, is seeking to appoint a Consultant to work collaboratively within the integrated team for the Project and fulfil the role of NEC Project Manager and NEC Supervisor in accordance with the duties and responsibilities under the Main Contract for the works.
