Open tender contest for the procurement of mapping, registering, and assessing the condition of art

Oslobygg KF manages approx. 1270 pieces of art on behalf of the Agency of Culture in Oslo. Approx. 400 of these have previously been managed by Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF and Kultur- og Idrettsbygg Oslo KF. These approx. 400 pieces of art must be mapped, registered in Oslobygg's systems, and have their condition assessed. See annex 4 for an example of the registration screen in Oslobygg's system Orra, and annex 5 for an example of a condition report. The remaining creations have previously been managed by Undervisningsbygg. These have been registered and have also had their condition assessed. These creations need a review of their condition, and this work must be priced as an option, see point 1.2.1. See annex 1 for further details on the assignment.
