The works will consist of the Kitchen & Boiler Renewal to domestic properties within the Drumchapel area of Glasgow. The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions, subject to performance and compliance with contract KPI’s. It is proposed to complete an estimated 220 Kitchen renewal and 207 Boiler renewal, these may be both single property installs and combination of joint installs to the same properties.
