Oslo Municipality c/o Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID) [the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities Oslo], hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of parallel Framework Agreements for consultancy services for business management and project support. KID has a basic staffing with permanent employees, but will at all times need to adjust the staffing with consultancy assistance in relation to workload. The Framework Agreements will cover the need for assistance with business management and project support. The consultants assignments and mandate will be regulated in the award form associated with the Framework Agreement. KID's projects are subject to Oslo City's principles for investment processes and the methodology that follows from it. KID estimates that the total assignment scope of this Framework Agreement can amount to approx. 30 000 000 NOK including options. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority as the scope will depend on the annual budgets and political priorities. The methodology must be followed for all projects, but the scope and detail will be adapted to the project's character. Extensive contact with other businesses in the municipality, other government agencies, stakeholders in the sports and cultural sector and others affected by the work of the company must be expected. KID estimates that the total assignment scope of this Framework Agreement can amount to approx. 30 000 000 NOK including options. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority as the scope will depend on the annual budgets and political priorities. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with two to three businesses that have broad competence in business management and project support.
